Initial order was handles by a really helpful person but the greatest service came after an issue on the delivery. There was a wrong product but I was called quickly by Ben and then the correct products were delivered later that day. Update - yet another superb service from Coomers. This time i need to highlight how good my delivery driver was - friendly, polite and went out of his way to ensure everything was where i wanted it on a very small site my back garden. 5* yet again.nnI noticed that there was a one star review for intimidating service. Well I'm a normal bloke with limited building knowledge, but went down this morning to to see if I could get some plywood cut to specific widths and lengths. Everyone I met was very helpful, friendly and the guy cutting the wood for me really wanted to get it exact. Absolutely first class customer service.....
My partner were looking to buy paving stones for a patio. We were served by Peter who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He spent ages with us and nothing was too much trouble. Ten out of ten for friendliness and customer service. Also loved the 'outside 'rooms'' where you can see all the different paving and other options such as artificial grass and trellising in situ - really gives you ideas and helped us to make our choice. The store is very nicely laid out inside too. Would definitely return!
