Intimidating Service Called in to get some advice on landscaping materials, with the view of purchasing around £700. From the moment I walked in, it was like the traditional "oh god, retail" feeling. I asked about a selection of products and what extras I would need, and the answer was "that's up to you". Sorry to say, that I will not be placing an order and will look elsewhere with better customer service.

I purchased a kitchen from Coomers at Bordon and was delighted with the service. First of all their friendly and helpful designer visited my home to measure up and came up with a computerised design and some excellent suggestions to make best use of the challenging layout. Coomers put us in touch with a kitchen fitter and once he was ready to install the kitchen it was delivered to my home (complete and without any pieces missing). I was also very pleased with the kitchen fitting team who did a first class job. I am now happily recommending Coomers to all my friends ... some of whom wished they had purchased their kitchen at Coomers! Thank you for a hassle-free purchase which I will enjoy for years to come!

Very frustrated local and regular non trade customer. Have been using Coomers for 8 years once or twice a month, experience has always been good until recently. Ordered £500 of tiles for patio and these were delivered, as always promptly. Had a pack of 20 left, of no use to me. Thought I would do the friendly and responsible thing and ask them if they wanted them (still packaged and undamaged) back to recycle, rather than me breaking them up and taking them to the tip. Big mistake. Three phone calls to different people over two weeks and they remain on my driveway (less than 2 miles from the depot). Their delivery drivers go past at least twice a day. Apparently if they come out they are doing me a favour? Have decided if it they dont come out this week I for one wont be using them again. Customer service on this one Nil, I guess its great before you pay but after, not so good.

Great local chain of builders merchants, good range of goods for home improvement, as well as enough products for even the most ambitious garden projects. Items that are not in stock can be ordered and are often available in a very short lead time.
