This shop always seemed to me to be far too big for the content. There's plenty of variety and reasonable prices. If you are disabled and use a scooter or wheelchair there's plenty of room to manoeuvre.
Helpful male staff looked for the item I needed not in stock in this store. Other product tub split adhesive had leaked through. Disappointed
Got some lovely Christmas decorations at good prices. Nice wide aisles and lots of choice.

I am pleased to say this updated review of mine CAN confirm the store has now got most things back in stock, and all ends well via a good stocked store, and if you can find them... Staff are around, so I am told!
Nicely spaced out shop with competitive prices,got some lovely secs for Christmas .
Really handy shop, good range across a load of stuff and friendly staff. Self checkout queue always goes quickly. I like the convenient battery recycling and cash machine.
Spent ages selecting quite a few items. Queues at tills were huge and checkout operator was calling out for help to another really rude and disinterested staff member. Waited quite a while to be told that we could only pay by cash. When we said we could only pay by card were very rudely told that we would have to take our basket to the other end of the tills and leave our shopping as card reader wasn't working. Quite a few other customers had to leave their shopping and walk out. I understand that technical problems can occur but staff need to be trained to deal with this and not snarl at paying customers. Just a simple apology would have helped instead of the snappy "it's not my fault it's not working" we received. Wilkos need to invest in customer service training or try to recruit a better standard of staff.
