When I visited the shop in Ilford I found the staff very helpful.
A very good shop with a wide range of quality products with friendly and helpful staff. It's one of those shops which attract not only through the products they offer but also through the atmosphere on the premises. I enjoy shopping there!

This machine mart is good Store, their have many new and old products in store and also do delivery if not in stock. Good communication skills, customer service and helpful. However it would be a lot better if their are more friendly with customers.
Very Helpful staff, Almost got everything I went for, they've ordered the item and will call me when it arrives
Bought and clarke air compressor worth £600 it broke down after 2 months then they replaced it with the new compressor. After few months the new compressor broke down again. They sent in for a repair and they refused to repair it telling me the reason that's nothing to do with its warranty eve tho I provided them the proof. They demanded money if i want to fix my compressor . Poor customer service and poorly made products.
The car park to the Machine Mart store is located approximately 20 meters beforehand, in the slip road on the left as approaching from the A12. Once entered the parking is round to the right and is directly parallel to the back wall of the store. To gain access, walk back to the carpark entrance off the A12, turn left onto the footpath, and the stores front doors are 15/20 meters on the left
Just went into here for a bit of help and Matt and Raja couldn’t do enough to help.
Very good service and advice, helpful too.
