Came here on Friday 6th April searching for a hamper basket. A friendly gentleman (didn't get his name) was very helpful. He showed me all the baskets they hand and offered to assist me in ordering something in. As they didn't have what I was looking for. He suggested tkmaxx. And I managed to get exactly what I wanted from tkmaxx. This gentleman went out of his way to help me on  Friday and was honest. He could have just said no, sorry but instead he took the time to show me all the baskets they had. If more staff were as helpful as him I'm sure that the majority of customers would be satisfied.
