Having spent four weeks, several mornings on the phone to Asda Direct about the lack of communications, (nil) over the return of my new faulty microwave, I phoned Wilko, Alnwick with trepidation to ask if their Retro one was in store as it was again sold out on line. Enter the lovely Collette, a breath of fresh air; she actually listened to me, empathised and searched to see if any stores had one. Bingo, she's traced one and it will be on it's way soon to the store; the lady's a star, couldn't do enough for me, lovely and pleasant,she made my day. Thank you Collette, I hope the powers that be take note of your customer service.
