I went in yesterday to look for some screwdrivers, I couldnt find them and asked a lovely staff member i think her name was Casey where to find them. I was met with a funny joke about the drink and not finding one in a Wilkos. We both laughed, then she showed me where to find them. We struggled a bit because she was new but we eventually got there. I just thought Id leave a review because it was just a good shopping experience, good quality tools and a lovely afternoon shop.
Great place to shop as I use it nearly every single day and they keep on changing items around to get you shopping. The staff have again moved items around to get customers to spend more money. Their own products are good subsidy for well known brands. Their self scan tills are useful sometimes but not always.
I sadly now avoid shopping in Wilko because of the awful queues at the SINGLE checkout which is staffed. It is clear, from the constant long queues at this one till, that customers like to pay at a till with the cashier. Self-service tills are rarely used. Considering even very small businesses now have more staff on their shop floor than most Wilko's, this is a really poor customer experience. Many in the queue are unhappy and I've heard numerous grumbles about avoiding Wilkos now if you can purchase the same item elsewhere. It's not just this branch, I realise. Sadly, Wilko doesn't seem to be listening to their customers.
Usually in here every week if I need anything I brought a teddy sheet be nice and fluffy on the bed tonite

A good store for getting most house hold and gardening items
If you are looking for something you can't find anywhere else,try Wilko. Old style T8 strip light tubes - Yes they have them!
Always worth a visit to Wilkos when in Bridgwater! Usually well stocked, nice staff on tills and always happy to answer a question. Good location with cheap safe parking just above the Angel Place Shopping Centre. Toilets above too with two lifts inside and stairs outside for the more energetic!!
Excellent help from the young lady on self checkout about wrong price,she deserves a pay rise
Very helpful staff. Self scan tills are useful but I hope this does not put jobs at risk. Plenty of items and reasonable prices
