great experience, i rang to see if the product i wanted was in stock and the manager was great he went and checked called me back to confirm and put it behind for me to collect the staff i was served by were also great.

Went every were for a item shud have gone to wilko first cos they had it staff helpful in every way
I bought things that had "reduced" stickers on but didnt notice until i got home and checked my receipt that i had been charged full price for them....not happy
Good prices but long queue at the the only checkout. Instead of opening another they pay a woman to spend all her time encouraging people to use the self checkout.

At the moment . Thay got sale stuff.good bargains
2nd visit in a row that I have left my items at the checkout. 4 self service tills unused because the majority of people won't or don't know how to use them. Queuing up the aisle, 2 tills open but not moving because everything they scanned was wrong. Useless staff watching they need a rocket.
