I phoned the shop to check they had an item in stock. They did and kept it under the counter for me till I could collect it. Great and pleasant service plus cheaper than B&Q.
Great place to shop. Some things a bit pricey. I did get some great Christmas led lights from there though.
A great local DIY shop saves all the hassle of having to go further afield for those DIY essentials, nice staff.
Just love this place. It’s affectionately known as Arkwright’s in our house. Parking now much easier since the car park time restrictions were bought in. They ALWAYS have just what we want that no-one else stocks and at fantastic bargain prices. Great seasonal bargains as well. Wonderful staff who are always happy to help and who are always cheerful. If you sense a note of desperation in this review it’s because I really don’t know where we’d conveniently get the sort of stuff they sell if they weren’t in Frodsham. Just keep doing what you are doing cos you’re doing great. So many locals appreciate you.
Really great selection of products for this small DIY store. It keeps on surprising me by having just the thing you need. Prices pretty good too. Additional comment: Needed an item exchanged today and the staff were very helpful and all sorted in a couple of minutes without fuss.
Great little store. More stock than you'd expect from the size of its front window! Staff have given us good advice on various topics since we moved to this area. Friendly and helpful staff with some good seasonal offers on certain lines, such as exterior paint and water butts.

A good selection of most DIY things you need
Helpful staff, good range of products. Although on this visit they only had one of the two items I wanted, they did stock that one at a good price.
I love this little store they have a good selection of DIY and household goods the staff a very friendly and willing to help. If you've got a caravan and need gas they usually have plenty
