The customer service in this store is next to none! Nothing is a bother and when you return something that perhaps doesn't work or has malfunctioned there is. NOt a big issue! It's refreshing to deal with such staff! Polite and always goes the extra mile!

We were very impressed: good prices, a good range of goods and excellent quality. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

i ordered the crackled glass curtain pole on the internet . when i went to put it up, the glass shattered. i phoned wilko and was told just to bring it to shop and will be exchanged . i had no receipt or packaging . the next one was the same . back to shop no problems . third one was perfect so thankyou wilko for your customer care
