I lost my iPhone at this branch , and Ryan and another female colleague , I think her name was Louise or Julia both helped me find my phone. Ryan went out of his way and helped , he was serving a customer and he saw me distressed , and asked Louise to hold on as he was servicing a customer and as soon as he served his customer , he dealt with my issue so well. Although I was worried , he reassured me that a phone was handed in , and he asked me describe it to make sure it was in fact my phone. He was absolutely amazing and such a star and he was happy that I found my phone. Honestly , just the best feeling ever when people are super empathetic and want to resolve an issue.

It doesn't matter where Wilko is, they always have what I am looking for. This one had particularly friendly and helpful staff. Went in for 2 things but came out with 2 bags full.

Would be a brilliant shop as their product range is extensive and the prices are good. Unfortunately they have very poor stock levels. The shelves are half empty most of the time and they always seem to be out of stock of whatever item I need. Luckily they had the cat granules needed for my carpet to stop her pooing everywhere. Very nice.

Staff are fine but security guard stopped me today as I was leaving started rummaging through my bags picking items up that were from other shops. Asking where my purchases were from, showing receipts as proof. Not a nice experience considering I have never stolen anything. Will avoid here in the future

I have shopped here many times. Generally happy with the experience. Staff are very helpful. However, prices, when scanned at the till,  don't ALWAYS match those shown in the shelf. During ONE trip I only bought four items and three were different to the shelf-front label. Paint, wallpaper cutter and a beard trimmer. The difference in total was a rather noticeable £7 pounds to the store's benefit! After telling the cashier I'd leave two of the items and why he simply placed them behind him but made no attempt to correct the shelf label. I accept that he was busy, but he WAS the only till open with a queue LITERALLY  three quarters of the length of a long aisle. All in all though, when they DO get it right, Wilko Arndale is a decent enough place.

Extremely rude security guard! I do not appreciate been followed around store from downstairs to upstairs to back downstairs and then even standing at the till while I’m paying for a full basket of items! I’ve been going to the Arndale Wilko for well over 10 years! I’m a regular customer! My work gear is black tracksuit bottoms and black hoodie. Its a smart tracksuit attire. Hell it even has my name printed on the hoodie and my work place. It’s absolutely terrible how your security guard judges people and then blatantly follows them around store. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable in my entire life. This is not what I’d expect from a shop I have been going to for over a decade! Please sort your security out!!! I can see from the reviews other people have had similar issues!!! I think moving forward I’m going to start shopping at Home Bargain or somewhere else different!

A good Wilko store where you can get lots of different things that you might want but can't get elsewhere, and I can almost guarantee that you will spot something that you didn't know you wanted and end up with more shopping than you were expecting. A wide range of all sorts of things, from cleaning products to car accessories. Generally well priced to cheap but not always the best quality, but OK as long as you bear this in mind.

This is an ideal place for you to grab the things you need quickly. Price for the products is reasonable, quality isn't too bad but not the best as well. The bad thing I would complain about is there's always some things I was looking for out of stock and even second time I went, not restock.  Sometimes you need luck to get the things you want from Wilko. :-/ Yeah, I still couldn't get double bed mattress protector tho I've been there twice.
