Martha reached out to me asking to help and was amazing from the very first conversation. She was clear on how long every call with her would take which was super helpful, she gave me tips before my interview and called after every step of the interview process to see how I felt. She was super supportive and went above and beyond to get me my new job. I wouldn’t have been able to get this job without her. Thank you again Martha!
I have been working at Wild Recruitment for several months, previously I worked in other companies and agencies. I must admit that I have never met such a nice, helpful and reliable person as Claire. From the very beginning, as soon as I registered, he has been my guide and helps me in every aspect of my work. Always friendly, answers all questions and helps with problems. She's just fantastic. Kind regards
I have been working for Wild Recruitment for several months as a Class 1 driver. They are a friendly, flexible, and hard working team who never fail to get me work. I am very picky about who I will drive for and the type of work I will do, but Wild Recruitment are always considerate and accomodating to my wishes. Pay is always there on time. A genuinely nice agency to work for and highly recommended.Thank you!
DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY. They stole my holiday pay last year when I worked for Royal Mail last Christmas season , and when I confronted them about it they didn’t care at all and were very rude. Not to mention getting in contact with them is almost impossible every time you call they transfer you to another office that tells you to just call again later.
I would like to appreciate Siân and Sonny at Wild for a Job well done and their efforts towards landing me a full time role at a job of my choice. The recruitment process was seamless and I received all the support that was needed from start to the last phase of my interview. I also received a congratulatory card and cake from them during the first week at my new Job, it was a very pleasant surprise as I’ve never received such an amazing service from anywhere else in the past. Thank you and keep doing a great job…
Not once have I ever had a good experience with these! Staff are beyond rude, communication via email is the furthest thing from professional if you can get a reply, that is, they take forever to action your applications if at all, and they will go behind your back and tell employers information about you that you didn’t agree to be shared. They will also try to pressure you into taking jobs that are way further away than you would like to travel. The list goes on. I won’t be naming names, but I am absolutely disgusted. I was warned about these by friends, and I wish I had listened. Will never be using them again! IN RESPONSE TO WILD’S RESPONSE: First of all, Wild have NEVER placed me in a temp or perm position, so I’m not too sure which role I didn’t turn up for. Second of all, with regards to the “change of heart” as to where I would be happy to travel to, I told the recruiter the job that was on offer was too far over the phone, and they were pushing and pushing for me to go for it, trying to convince me it wasn’t that far, despite me saying I didn’t want to do the commute. In reference to the cancelled interview, I had just lost my job at the time and did make the recruiter aware I was interviewing elsewhere for companies/ roles they did not put me forward for. I got offered a job that morning and let the recruiter know straight away that I was no longer interested in the interview and thanked them for their time. This was fine. In relation to contacting an employer directly, I would like to know which employer this was meant to have been please. If this is in reference to the role I think it is, I applied for a reception role there directly over a month/ a month and a half ago before Wild ever contacted me about the position. The closing date had passed and I’d assumed I’d been unsuccessful as I hadn’t heard anything and the job had been off the employer website for several days after the closing date. A few days later, I had an email from Wild regarding the opportunity, so me thinking it was a NEW OR DIFFERENT position, asked for my CV to be sent over. It then took the recruiter several days to get back to me. I was contacted on the Friday about the role, told it was due to start Monday, then told at the end of Friday the school was on Half Term, so would be responded to on Monday. I was contacted on Wednesday. Never did I go directly to that employer after being in contact with Wild. Also, if they went through an agency to save time, why did they advertise said role on their website to begin with? I also have evidence of the unprofessional emails I mentioned and proof of no response. I also do NOT appreciate having information from my record shared online. I appreciate you are most likely not too pleased about a negative review, however, my review is 100% truthful.
Having passed my HGV test, I received a call within 20 minutes of uploading my renewed CV to a website and in a new job within 2 weeks. I am now going temp to perm in a job I enjoy. Claire was extremely helpful throughout my time with Wild, updating me promptly each week on my working days and with any issues I had. I would certainly recommend Wild to new pass HGV drivers if asked. Thank you, Claire!
Amazing company, and Amazing staff... Couldn't think of one bad thing to say about Andrea, She has been an delight to work beside of and helped me with everything that i needed sorted without a fuss, very easy to talk to and always quick with her Reponses and felt like she went up and beyond with everything that was thrown her way for myself. Highly recommend her to anyone and she is amazing person.. Thank you
The wild team and Martha have helped fill two roles in quick time for us. She has always been up to date with information and the heartfelt apology we got when a candidate decided to pull out the day before starting felt genuine. All in all, not got a bad word to say and will definitely continue to use in the future!
Slow almost to a standstill, false promises? A few weeks ago now and I'm still in the dark about a job in Portland, near to where I live, two guys from the Portsmouth office met me at a Costa coffee located in Weymouth, I were led to believe there were a labouring job at £14.31 per hour, I sent a ton of identification, followed by more identification, and they took a picture of me at the Costa coffee. Since then I've heard absolutely nothing at all, firstly it's ignorant and an indictment on today's society where you find ignoring someone makes it go away easier, no feedback at all to what's happening, a text sent to the manager Shaun about awaiting port passes wasn't and hasn't been responded. If that's how you run a company then that's up to you. Chris
