What's the point in phoning this number. It has absolutely no answers and tells you to ring another number!!!!
These guys are just not very nice... I was being as nice and friendly as I could. I was 17 and applying for help with college living, they where not nice about it.
Rubbish. Had an appointment today at the job centre booked for eleven o’clock. Got to the job centre got to told my appointment is at 3:20, even though my appointment card and text from the job centre both say eleven o’clock. They don’t even bother calling or texting saying it’s changed.
Phone service is unbelievable. Easier to get talk to prime minister. Might employ some people that seeking a job insted of machine

Absolutely shite waited hours to get connected then got turned away terrible service, advisors need shooting and that automatic voice machine is rather annoying too, easier to buy a nuclear weapon than to get hold of these wasters
The job centre should be a place that helps you find a job not just check that your looking for a job get off your ass and help those who want work
Waited over an hour on the phone to be told to try somewhere else. Can't find the right department as keep getting past from one place to another. Utter useless.
