My daughter had been struggling with neck and back pain for over a month which was starting to affect her concentration in school. She also dances 4 days a week. Gary has worked wonders, after just one session my daughter has had no back or neck pain since! Absolutely amazing results! Gary was brilliant and put my daughter at ease, he was welcoming and very informative, clearly knows his stuff and found the route of the problem straight away! 5 stars. Happy daughter, happy Mum!
Wow just wow. Been suffering with sciatica and sore lower back for weeks. Arranged an appointment with Gary, he did an assesment, performed deept tissue massage, ultrasound therapy, cupping and guidance on stretches etc. Feel like a different man 4 hours later, and the price!!! Absolutely amazing value for money, new customer here!!! Thankyou for all the guidance and advice too
Had a sports massage from Sharon for a knot/trapped nerve in my back. Was only painful in places I had problems so you could tell it was working magic. Afterwards I felt fine, the next day I felt bruised but feel great now. Have been actively trying stretches and keeping an improved posture based on Sharon’s recommendations. Will 100% be going back
Had a session with Gary and couldn't recommend him more. My back had several issues he worked on effectively and on top of it gave me recommendations to fix my issues going forward. Brilliant. - Stan

I went to see Sharon yesterday for my first sports massage, OMG! No pain no gain, through gritted teeth I soldiered on thinking it would be worth it in the end as for months I have suffered with pain in my neck and shoulder, Sharon knew exactly what the problem was, being a trapped nerve in rotator cuff. The pain has actually gone, I’m tender everywhere else after therapy but knew that would be the case. Im gonna keep up and see Sharon every 6 weeks, would highly recommend. Thanks so much

Superb. I pulled something in my back and couldn't sit for more than 15 minutes without going into spasm. A range of therapies from Gary over a 45 minute session and I'm in a different world. Money very well spent!
Just had sports massage with Ian absolutely brilliant last 10 minutes he put the cups on as well 1st time feel so relaxed thanks see you soon
