Both myself and my husband saw Ruth after a rta and she was Absolutely amazing. She made you feel so relaxed and explained what she was doing and how to carry on at home to help yourself. We were back to more or less normal in no time. I highly recommend Ruth and cant thank her enough for all her help.
I went to Louise’s therapy centre as I work around the area and had seen it whilst passing. I have needed to attend many sports therapy centres due to my job. I require deep tissue massage to maintain my work demands. So when I say that Louise is brilliant at what she does. It’s not without having experience of others. She has worked on my wife and helped her out whilst she was pregnant. Also she has when asked got DEEP! Into my muscles when they have been in a mess. close to tears whilst treating me but was assured this is what was required to get things going at that time. It worked. I have also had hot stone treatment which was great. Now currently trying out infa red treatments. Also good results. Louise is a good listener. Which is sometimes nice to offload. Also you can lie in complete silence whilst she carries out her work. I have been to many stuck up stuffy know it all practices. Where you don’t feel your opinion matters. At this practice, YOU are the most important person. Thanks afore all your help and support Louise.
