Quite a big store lots of inspiration and ideas lovely bits of furniture and diy people heaven. Starting home reno soon so came to look at different stuff.
We purchased an electric shower, to replace one which had gone wrong. Only 8 months later the element had burnt out, pump still worked on cold. I had my receipt, I thought in my naivety that they would replace under guarantee, but no. Never mind consumer rights, and my contract being with Wickes, plus unit unfit for use. They insist I have to contact the manufacturer, refused flatly to exchange.nCaused a lot of stress at the time but they wouldn’t budge.nNot ideal to go for a week without a shower, so we went elsewhere for a replacementalso was £20 cheaper. Think twice before buying a shower from Wickes.
I have to change a review I left. Stephen at the Kettering branch went above and beyond. I had missing items from my delivery today and he personally delivered them in his car. A big thank you to him. What a lovely guy.
Dog friendly so we always end up taking the dog.
Got all we wanted. Staff very friendly.
