Visited Tuesday 10/9 night around 7pm,nNot many people or staff around so we happily found what we needed & headed to the tills,nUnfortunately for us we were served by Sarah,nWe didn't get a hello or any kind of mutter or customer service from her, she seemed more interested in another staff member & security who were sorting taped up solar lights,nWe thought ok let's just let them get on with it, after scanning our items I thought the price was a little high on the counter screen so mentioned that & still not a mutter from Sarah, me & my partner spoke it over & I said OK I know where I misunderstood the pricing & ask to to pay, we weren't give a price from her only what we could see on the screen.nFinally we got a grunt from Sarah as she mentioned the receipt.nI get near to closing time staff can be tired etc but this was plain rude!nNo interest or interaction & to be ignored while she's trying to watch 2 other male staff members isn't great for customer service.

Efficient click and collect service. Friendly staff. A very good range of DIY, gardening and household equipment. Well located in centre of Kettering with hood free car parking. Click and collect works well with message updates.
