I am absolutely at my wits end, as is my elderly mother, about the fact that her kitchen has been an ongoing problem since January. I have emailed the customer service team 8/8/24 but have had NO RESPONSE. The store have palmed me off and said there’s nothing more they can do and head office are unresponsive. USE THEM FOR KITCHEN INSTALLATION AT YOUR PERIL!!
I went into Wickes on Thursday last to buy some bags of manure and I must say I was impressed by the service at the till. There were two young chaps who both went out of their way to help me. They were so pleasant and offered to carry the bags to the car for me. It was so refreshing to be treated so well. Good lads. Thank you.
You will find all tools, paints, bath -kitchen, garden products, services, customised guidance under one roof. Different brands and varieties at affordable prices.nAlways there is some one to assist you to answer your queries.
Went into Wickes on Tuesday, everyone in store was really helpful & store is looking really tidy. Loads of product choice.
A smaller store than average for Wickes, they still have a useful range of products, though maybe not as much choice as some branches. There's free parking on the driveway and more around the rear by the entrance to the store.nnThe car park can be a bit busy at times, partly because a mobile café is situated there and is popular with tradesman.nnThe store is fully accessible and the aisles are a good width.nnSignage is clear and it's easy to find the relevant area if you know what you're looking for. If not there's a help desk inside by the checkout to assist.nnPrices are reasonable and Wickes are known to be a bit cheaper than B&Q or Homebase, however neither of those has a store in Chesham.
