Family owned local firm that gives old fashioned personal service. Have bought washing machines from them for over 20 years. Prompt, attentive, customer-focused folk. Anything mechanical can fail from time to time so it's reassuring to know that with Chiltern Domestics you can pick up the phone and they will be out to sort the problem immediately ..2 hours in my case! Old machine had gone the way of the Monty Python parrot, diagnosed in 2 minutes and last rites performed. Sound, unbiased. professional advice given on replacement, delivered & installed within 5 days. Yes, could have gone online for cheaper but no way would I have got the same hassle-free service. Highly recommend. Many thanks guys.
