Worse diy store in world ordered a bath and bath panel from them it came over a week late we had to cancel pulmber and go without bathroom for 9 days while waited for it finally to be delivered once all fitted we find out it was all cracked after pulling off protective film. Customer service terrible!!!! No phone calls to inform delivery would not come on any of the 5 days they arranged. Didnt seem to understand even if new bath is sent there other costs involved in refitting it ! Go to b and q everytime!!!

Appalling customer service. Asked girl on till to lend me her knife for a second so I could score my handy board to fit into my mini.... No was the answer. Up yours Wickes, I'll go elsewhere in future.

Used to be ok until they HALF turned it into Toolstation. Not all of it though. Bewilderingly you can still buy some items by wandering round the store but the rest you have to select from the catalogue. It isn't obvious what's in the store and what isn't. So it takes longer than it used to to locate what you need. Then it isn't obvious which till to go to. I only go there as a last resort now.

If i could select no stars then i would.NEVER EVER buy your kitchen from wickes !! I have had to relentlessly chase a cooker and dishwasher. 2 months on and our kitchen is still not completed. Every staff member i have had dealings with have been useless and you have more chance of the royalty returning your calls. Appauling service

Absolutely terrible, staff unfriendly, unhelpful and disruptive, took my money then they choose to refund because they refused to deliver, as I said absolutely terrible service, go somewhere else!
