Worst customer service ever. I got an attitude the whole time I was there by one employee while I was just asking relevant questions about the printer. I said to my daughter, "wow she had an attitude" she yelled "excuse me". My reply was that she shouldn't speak to customers that way and I continued to get disrespected and yelled at. I was asked to leave the store . So not only was I disrespected but I was also kicked out. The manager wasnt aware of any of this. Good luck to anyone going there, disgusting!
Their customer service is excellent. Each and every employee who approached me to ask if I needed help were genuinely happy and non-obtrusive. There is a real pleasant ambiance even between the comraderie amongst the staff and it makes the customer feel part of that team. They have fabulous clearance items too.
Pauli'm assuming a manager helped me with an issue I had. Basically i bought a shredder with a warranty and the warranty company refused to honor it. I came into the store asking for help and Paul got on the phone with the warranty company and got them to issue me a check. Great Job Paul and thanks for the help. I'll be returning to buy a new shredder and warranty from you when my check arrives.
Very helpful today. Had to return an ink cartridge that was defective and even though we had purchased it at another store Kim was very helpful and accommodating. Painless transaction! Thanks guys.
The gentleman helping me print out my tickets to the Tower Gardens Winter reimagined was totally fantastic patient and upbeat the whole time. I witnessed another customer giving him a lot of grief not that he deserved it and yet he still kept a very professional good attitude this man and I don't know who he was deserves a gold star I wish I had grabbed his name. He exemplifies fantastic customer service
I have first hand witnessed on multiple occasions the staff at this staples being berated and cursed at by heinously rude customers and they handle it with grace and professionalism every time. I commend them for their patience, they are helpful and honest, if they are unsure how to do something they tell me so and then figure out how to complete the task as a team. I go there for all my business' needs in the copy print center. Thanks guys!
My company has had an awful time with their print services. Nothing is ever printed in the estimate time and they experience equipment failure frequently. Orders were constantly incorrect and there was always so much confusion from employees about it. We were never contacted that our prints could not be done do to a machine being down and when we went to pick them up 2 days later the sales associate was rude and uncommunicative.
I had an amazing experience at this Staples store!!! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with me, and so very helpful, making my computer buying experience enjoyable, compared to the stress and confusion I left the first store BB I stopped at with. The IT guys at this store, Corey and Jerry, and also the manager Mark, all assisted me with professionalism from beginning to end, never talking "over" my head, taking the time to show me some new things and even knew my name when I came back in. These guys are the reason I am loving my new computer and have everything I need. You don't find people like this in stores everyday!!! Kudos to management for hiring such a great team!!!! If you need any assistance with your computer go see these guys...you won't be sorry. Just saying :
Copy center is getting worst. I usually bring my own binding supples to get some books bind. They usually will do it for me free of charge. Now they won’t use my and last time I got a book done using my they charge me too much! I quit disappointed will use go else where!
NEEDS MUCH MORE CULTURAL DIVERSITY AND NOT ALSO PROPORTIONAL TO ITS COMMUNITY POPULATION and becoming very expensive to its constituents . ..now they place you on hold for over 15 minutes and give the I am sorry when they exactly do not want to deal with their faults. I thought that they were good but they still can not even have a Hispanic manager to place the balance of the community. Not a Hispanic doer or robot to this non cultural community wanna be.
