Zero Help, Short Staff, Always need to walk to the till for help. Till person just points a finger at the alse. Very limited products for a DIY super store. There is no energy in the store. Looks like it’s empty warehouse than a DIY store. Better off ordering at home. Customer Service is good.
Good morning So my client orders online so he doesn't have to waste time coming to the store. Order White paint. And you send brilliant WHITE paint. This morning I stayed to open the store. A young man came who didn't explain anything to me the first time, he said that only a box can change it, I said ok. He went to look for it, he said he didn't have it ok. Then he said that only the customer who made the order can change it so not we, he has to be in person, I said ok and then he told me that he has to go 2 hours away to a store where he can change. So I don't understand the customer gave the order for white willia why didn't you send white and send brilliant white???? Shame on you for being frivolous and on top of that you don't even have good manners neither good morning nor good bye. He was looking at us as if we were punks and with the expression come on, I'm bored. If you don't know how to work with people, stay at home. You don't even know how to apologize. SHAME
Always friendly staff and well stocked for a smaller DIY store. Close to me, with good prices so I regularly return.
Made an order online, when it was delivered i found part of the order was missing, went to wick Woking to find out why, apparently they hadn't taken it all. I had to source a van to then collect the remaining order items. I was promised a partial refund and a long haired gentleman even took a picture of my online order but yet i never received the refund. Wont be ordering from this branch again.nnUpdate I responded to their request for me to contact them. After supplying my order number tthat they requested. I have heard nothing, I then sent a second follow up email. This was forwarded to the manager of the store who has been able to processed the refund. It took its time but has restored faith.
Highlighy recommend this very friendly and helpful Wicks. Some sound advice on my project garage conversion too. Always extremely competitive prices and deals. Will be returning picked up some awesome camping chairs too
