If I could have given a zero I would have, no eye contact or response from till operative too busy chatting to others, rude your staff should be at least pleasent please and thankyou, nice way to be treated 😡

Poor service in two separate occasions. Hose priced up wrong - they wouldn't honour it. Absolutely no interest in keeping a customer happy. Asked for a delivery of an in stock shed. Was told it wasn't in stock but held in another store and they "might" be able to get it?! Then when we asked to cancel over the phone we were told we had to go into the store as it was easier for them!

Ordered my new kitchen from the Ashby store and the staff were all extremely helpful. It has just been fitted by Tom Mackenzie, one of their own fitters, and his team. They are very professional, polite and hard working. All mess was kept to a minimum and was left clean and tidy every night. My kitchen is now fully fitted and I could not be happier, it is simply stunning. I would recommend this team to anyone and the quality of the kitchen itself is also very good. Deserves more than 5 stars!
