One member if staff let's it down big time! Went to buy my daughter her very first pet. This lady was utterly miserable and made the whole experience rubbish. Couldn't be bothered to answer our questions, made us feel like we were in her way as she was cleaning, and never cracked a smile once. Great service! NOT!
