Went in to buy wall filler and scraper and got asked for my ID at the age of 31 but I was like really but okay I got a photo of it on my phone and she said rudely said I don't accept that so walked out went down proper job had no problem down there much nicer staff.
It's got a big range of products depending on the job your doing they will likely have all of the stuff you need.nThe shop is well layed out so easy to find what your looking for.nThere is a kitchen and bathroom area with displays.nThis store has paint mixing available.nThere is a customer toilet.nA great place to get supplies for your DIY projects.
Generally you can get what you want .. but was disappointed on my last visit that an item shown on the shelves was actually not in stock ..and nor was it available online..the staff are pleasant and polite but sometimes seem to lack a little urgency in opening a second till when a queue begins to form . Minor things I know .
Slow staff. Unhelpful. Needs a massive overhaul. Staff always chatting to each other instead of working. Click collects not ready a lot of the time and end up getting it myself. Store parts always closed off. I spend thousands there every year, just needs to be run better.
Is really handy to have this store locally since the closure of the Focus and Casswells.nnThis is far more DIY focused than somewhere like B&Q - but for materials it's not bad although a bit more pricey than other places.nnStaff always seem pretty friendly but the main tills never seen to be open and you end up paying at the customer service/order desk - which leads to a bit of a trolley jam.nnConvenient out of town location, with a big car park
