The designer Colin did not order correctly. It took 3 weeks instead of one week to finish and 6 weeks to remove the rubbish. Whilst the end result is acceptable the journey to get it completed has been a nightmare.
Easy to order online, prompt and polite driver. Ordered shingle for summer house base, which was as described and did the job perfectly.

We went to look at a new shower enclosure & some bathroom storage as we were looking a nice member of staff a lady came up to us to ask if we need any help at that time we didn't but she said if there was any needed just to ask she did let us take some photos of the items we were interested in .
Went to look at kitchen units because we saw that they had a 40% sale on selected items. Sadly the nicest units we saw were not in the sale offer. I found the assistant very helpful and willing to talk to us but even so the prices were very expensive. We have also seen similar items in Howdens kitchen range which we might opt for in the near future.
Staff are very helpful, however the stock control system and information on the website leave a lot to be desired. Ordered some insulation for click and collect, the system reported that there were 15 of the items I needed in stock, when I got the message to say the order was ready I went to the store. When I got there the wrong size panels had been picked, when I queried this the staff went to correct the mistake, after about 7/8 minutes the membet of staff I was dealing with came back and told me they didn't have any of what I had ordered, even though the store computer still said they were in stock! I can't blame the staff, who subsequently told me the last time they had a delivery of the items I needed was September, but its not good enough for company this size not to be able to provide accurate information.
First class.... had all that I needed at a competitive price.
Lovely lady served us at the Kitchen department.. she’d only recently started.. and bless her trying to find the various storage options around the showrooms… Wickes is a great shop fills a niche as it’s a professional and DIY and does both very well. My favourite go-to building shop… and the quality of their brands is excellent.
Always a breeze going to this store. I purchased some hasp locks and padlocks. Very good price and decent for what I need. The service was nice and friendly. A quick stop afterwards to the burger van for lunch which was a beaut as well. Its great having that on site for traders and general customers.
My wife and I has just had a new kitchen purchase from Yeovil store and we are over the moon with the kitchen units and the installer Simon he was very professional and cleaned up every day after he had finished for the day the rest of the team was first class thankyou Andy's team and thankyou wickes
