Recently bought some panelling on line...received text 15 mins after ordering that it was ready to collect.nLovely lady on arrival...product was at tills on trolley ready yo takecyo my car. Fast efficient service.nSadly i ordered too much..but not a problem returned unused product couple of days later ..offered full refund another lovely member of staff..& money was in my acc within couple of days of receiving direct e mail saying it was being processed.nThankyou
We have recently purchased a new kitchen from Wickes. The whole process from start to finish was first class. Ray was excellent all the way through the process, talking us through the options and being on hand with the many questions we had!nnI couldn’t recommend Wickes highly enough and in particular Ray was extremely helpful.nnWe are very pleased with the finished kitchen product, we also had the utility done too which we are just as pleased with!
