I would like to say a huge thank you to Ray from the Kitchen Sales Team. He is truly a credit to your company and the whole team.nnWe ordered our kitchen in January and it was delivered just two weeks later. Now that it’s fully fitted, it looks absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with it.nnRay provided an amazing experience from start to finish. He helped us choose the right kitchen, designed it perfectly for our space, and was always available to answer any questions we had. He was also incredibly helpful when we made some last-minute changes, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.nnWe are absolutely delighted with the final result and really appreciate all the help and support Ray gave us throughout. Thank you!
Extremely helpful staff when ever I have been. Always polite and chatty.nKnow about products and if not will find out for you.
Just visited the store looking to design a kitchen for a house we are purchasing.nWe waited half an hour for them to deal with the customers before us and asked if we needed to book as there was no information regarding this. We were told yes we need to book, so I asked for some diary dates. I dealt with a gentleman called ray. His diary was looking full and had a few frees later on this week. I asked what his colleagues diary's looked like as we were at work. He could not tell me their availability. I then said how does the service work. He said well id need to measure up first before I design anything because a floor plan is useless however I will not be doing this until October. I then said okay but I was looking for a design and a quote so I could talk with my mortgage advisor to ensure it was all within budget. He then informed me he would not design the kitchen and give me the design because he didnt want me to give this to another trades person if they could fit it cheaper. However I cannot see why this matters if I was buying the unit from you. Also the website says a free design service with no obligation to continue. If this gentleman is correct, the wording of free design needs to be changed! If he is incorrect, the sale has been lost :

We have recently purchased a new kitchen from Wickes. The whole process from start to finish was first class. Ray was excellent all the way through the process, talking us through the options and being on hand with the many questions we had!nnI couldn’t recommend Wickes highly enough and in particular Ray was extremely helpful.nnWe are very pleased with the finished kitchen product, we also had the utility done too which we are just as pleased with!
