This family run site over looks Wick River. It is a very quiet, secluded, picturesque Site surrounded by trees and yet only a 5 minute walk into the town centre.

Our Site is suitable for Caravans, Motor Homes, Trailer Tents and Tents.

Story

Our site is picturesque and secluded, yet only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town where you will find various shops hotels and restaurants.

Alternatively you may decide to go fishing on one of the many lochs, visit our award winning local museum or go whisky tasting at the Old Pulteney Distillery.

We also have a lovely 18 hole Golf Course which overlooks 3 miles of sandy beach in the vicinity

Many visitors use this site as a base for touring Caithness or for taking day trips to Orkney as the ferries leave from John O’Groats or Gills Bay which are only 17 or 20 miles away.

Whatever you decide to do, we will do all we can to ensure you experience a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Would recommend site to anyone Returned here again and again. Owners are welcoming, informative, and helpful if you have a problem. Pitches are incredibly spacious and well maintained. There are picnic tables in the tent area and the toilet, shower and washing up block, though old is kept clean and tidy. The little shop sells some essentials and gifts while the information hut houses leaflets and sometimes books to read. The site is quiet and offers views of the river and fields. A children's play area complete with swings and slides can be found just three minutes away, outside the campsite, riverside on the ten minute walking route into town. Love it. are great

Friendly atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. Great pitch. Centrally located, short walk into Wick. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

I stay here often and love this peaceful site. Friendly staff will help with any problems and advice you need. The views are of the river and trees. The pitches are huge and well maintained. There are pic-nic tables and a well kept shower and wash block with a ready supply of hot water. A lovely children's play area is just outside the camp site along the river. (Need supervision for young children) There is a well stocked hut for info and the reception sells gifts and essentials. We have never found a more welcoming site, evenue in England.

A well maintained site which is located 0.8m from Wick Town Centre. Toilet blocks are clean with good warm showers although are small and limited room when changing. The toilet blocks are are also a little dated. Hardstandings are well laid put and flat. A good wee site.
