Absolutely fantastic service on bank holiday Monday,On a day out went into the shop and asked for a certain genre of books for my daughter’s college course within 3 minutes the shop assistant had found all 3 books, What amazing  knowledge of authors and location of books in the store. I live in the West Midlands and there’s no WHSmith’s still doing this in my area I’d like to thank this wonderful staff member,I hate Amazon. Well done to this lady who stopped doing what she was doing and helped.

Lovely large store with everything I needed to purchase for the remained of my holiday at Burnham on sea.  Great range of books, magazines and stationary, with 2 self serve tills to avoid the queues, even though the staff I did encounter were friendly.

I really like WH smith's.  They actually have a few more different writing sets available than either in the Bristol and Bath stores I live halfway between the two.  At first sight, the sales staff do not appear to be on the desk.  However, when they spotted me they were soon over with friendly service.

Worked on the store front! Sure it will be a good clean new looking whsmith store.

Stationary and book store on the High Street. Not the largest branch I've seen but there is still a varied selection of items to suit most requirements.

Since the revamp the store is way better, only problem is some very unhelpful staff.

Store looks dingey and tired but the staff are helpful

Very brilliant shop this is for the public and community to from claire camp
