I don't like going in to use post office as queue is always enormous and people constantly grumbling about service in queue I always find this off putting

Quaint small store doing quite an impressive range of travel books, especially the rough guide to Somerset that I was after!

Two self serve machines also, so I was able to make my purchases without having to have direct contact with any member of staff to save ruining my happy mood.

Drove from Glastonbury  to WH SMITH to ship a parcel with DHL. System wasnt working. Manager? took the parcel, promised to complete form on my behalf and run the order. No call, no follow up. Disappointed - not using DHL again
