Always clean and tidy; lovely space outside that traps the sun in good weather; the staff are always chipper.

I frequent Costas regularly and this one seems better than most. Feels more like an independent cafe because of how friendly the staff are (thankfully without being overbearing).
If I may gush: there's a red-headed batista who makes perfect coffee every time. No fancy patterns, just perfect coffee.

Waiting over 30 minutes as a disabled customer feeling very unwell because incompetent staff keep giving MY order out to other people who were behind me in the queue. Drinks were being handed OVER waiting foods. Very unhygienic place and staff have no people skills. Barely any sweet bakery foods available. 

Blonde female manager also begins stroking one customers dogs while handling another customers food with bare hands, proceeding to serve the food to the customers. No hand washing witnessed. Disgusting branch.

Always love a nice Coffee at Costa in Shepton, clean and tidy and very friendly staff especially the blonde manager lady who always serves me with a smile and makes conversation when shes not too busy,  its rare to get service like that these days! :) makes the coffee that much more enjoyable highly recommended!

Finally a Costa where the girl's know how to heat soya correctly! Lovely coffee and friendly chatty girls serving. Recommend!
