Terrible staff products are bad and hurendous price do not cime

Absolutely shocking!! This is my local WHSmith's as I live in Henley on Thames. I was in the shop today with my daughter, having a look around for b-day idea & possibly school stationery. We also looked at a few snack which at this point I'd notice packets of food has been opened & taped back down. Also while shopping with my daughter she had questioned a price for a magazine from a member of staff, which has caused us to be searched when leaving the shop. I am disgusted by this customer service. My daughter had actually bought a magazine but from another shop & had the recipes thankfully, but this doesn't stop her from feeling very overwhelmed and upset by the actions of staff in WH-SMITHS- HENLEY-THAMES!! Also will take this matter further.

Nice store with friendly staff. No disabled access at rear of store due to stairs but ok via main entrance.

A bit cold and dark but always have what you need with friendly staff, just try Oxfam before you buy a book.
