Fabulous little gem of a shop.  Lots of old maps and books from £1.00 contemporary novels to rare first editions.  Great atmosphere for browsing with helpful staff.

Amazing selection of books in a charming shop with such helpful staff, been frequenting here for years and have never had a bad experience with anyone there. Diana is also amazingly knowledgable and helpful when I have recently cleared through my family’s extensive collection of books!

I've not visited the shop itself but I called today to make a general query about a book. Unfortunately the lady on the phone was quite condescending and not all at kind. Extremely snobby, completely put me off ever visiting.

Quite the little gem. This bookstore offers a large variety of lovely books at great prices.  Set in a beautiful part of Henley-on-Thames. Take a walk down by the river with a newly purchased book and sit amongst the picturesque surroundings whilst you read. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Look forward to visiting this wonderful bookstore again.
