Effectively well organised
Good range of books & maps, stationary, newspapers & magazines in a fairly small store that has a Post Office attached. Only one self serve till which was out of order when I visited today, forcing me to join the massive queue on the manned one, staff could be happier.
You can find many things at WHSmith: ranging from puzzle books to colouring pads, from colouring pens to course books, from greetings cards to passport photos. A new edition of WHSmith in Exmouth has given it a post office, after it was moved from its' original place on account of it shut down late 2017/ early 2018. What's interesting about this store is that there is quite a range of taste of cards: cartoon to humour to scenic/ real-life, and these inspire me in what to draw when I pay for them.
Regular customer. Lovely staff & very helpful. Has a post office and cash machine which is great, right in the centre of the town. Parking close by.
Went in to use the post office part of the store, arrived at 9.05am, the shop was open but the post office was not ready for trade as they were still counting cash for their tills. Queue of people all waiting to be served
Good variety of products but air con not on and was uncomfortably hot! Cooler outside so couldn't stay in there long.
Top place to shop. Some great young staff who know their stationary and are very helpful
WHSmith is a very good brand which has been going for a very long time. This one in particular gives you practically every book and magazine that you can think of.
Don’t use the self service machine as it only gives change in 2p great if you need 50p in 2p’s
Friendly staff but don't have as many books as they use to
