Courtesy, randomly good offers, attention to the client. I bought one item according to the description but it didn't have the option described on the package. Staff changed it even if it was open because of the wrong description. Got home happy

Oh..dear like the lovely Woolworths this place is like a dinasour lost in the mid 1980s..I go there but we all know if we go along the road we can get it cheaper..The staff (older ones) like a time machine have not aged in 10 years and are always friendly and accommodating with enquiries. They deserve better...Some fairy dust to bring this place back to modernity.

Bad customer service . 
I was shouted at when asked for a pen to borrow.
No hello and no goodbye 
Saying thank you by staff was miraculous 
Very grumpy staff 
Grim faces
Definitely needs staff make-over 
The level of cleanliness wasn't great either
