Disgusting service, collect plus, made my wife go into the back room, and rifle through others parcels to find her own! The shop keeper was on the phone, and threw my wifes parcel on the counter because she had the hump she had to find the parcel my wife couldn't, then shouted at my wife because she didnt understand the shop keepers instructions which were very poor! Then proceeded to tell me that "its your wifes problem, not mine" very rude and very brash!
