All the staff were friendly and have no problem with the customer service. The problem I experienced was when I had a new denture made. The colour of the teeth was at least 5 shades out and the pink of the gums was the totally wrong colour it was more like candy floss pink. The denture didn't match the teeth or gum colour and made it look like I had teeth from the joke shop. I felt too awkward to complain as the staff were really nice but, beware of having a denture made here. I'm going to go back to my old dentist to have it done again. Such a shame, but felt I had to make other aware of this issue.

All the staff here are brilliant, so friendly and helpful, I'm not a lover of the dentist like most people so when the staff make you feel comfortable it's always a good start
