Update: I am changing my rating from 1 Star to 4 Stars. I have, since the below mentioned incident, received a phone call from the practice, an explanation as to what might have gone wrong, and an apology. I am hoping this is the end of the matter and confident things will go more smoothly in future... Very VERY poorly managed practice! Twice now I have turned up, with my three children in tow, for an appointment to be told it was cancelled! No phone call to notify me of cancellation. No record of actually calling ME...Apparently a phantom answerphone message left on some phantom phone number...I don't even have an answer phone service! Shame the poor receptionist left to deal with the mess! The practice manager is never available to speak to in person or over the phone. So to complain I must write a letter and wait for a response...GREAT! That's another half an hour of my life I'll never get back!
