The shop was well laid out it was a friendly atmosphere and the staff extremely helpful and friendly atmosphere and very polite pleasant
Went into the shop while on a visit to York and was extremely impressed by a very enthusiastic, polite and friendly assistant. He went out of his way to advise and assist us.
Really nice branch. Well stocked with lots of things you want but don't necessarily need. Great place to buy practical gifts from with lots of really nice items of crockery. Great selection of the staff seem to really know their stuff so can be realised on for helpful non pushy advice. Not the cheapest shop in the world but value for money as the goods last for ever were have several plates we bought and have used regularly that are as shiny and bright as when we bought then eight years ago.

Always a pleasure to visit. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the quality of their produce is always high.
Would highly recommend to anyone, sells gorgeous hot chocolates, high quality coffees and a wide range of teas. I never tried white tea before visiting but their taster community gave me some free tea samples and I loved it!
Perfect shop for presents! Prices are a little bit expensive but teas and coffees are great
Amazing variety of goods including some exotic sorts the Rooibos they offer is amazing, extremely friendly and helpful staff Adrienne was the one helping me decide what to get, great recommendations and one of the friendlies people I've met and everything is at an extremely reasonable price! Definitely recommending it to people needing a steady supply of warm beverage items!
Popped in today and was served by a lovely gentleman who was beyond helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend.
