Bit hit or miss on the flavours but free samples pre pandemic always delightful. Hot chocolates are a favourite!

Great, well laid out shop.  Plenty of good flavour choices.  Something for everyone.

Waited 4 -5 minutes to be served as staff were chatting, only 2 other customers in the store and 3 members of staff, none of which were on the till. Despite this , staff were friendly and polite and they sell great coffee.

Great service, refreshing to be servered by such friendly and knowledgable staff, the tea choices are amazing so much to choose from. Will definitely be back soon.

So glad Whittard are back, love their Hot Chocolate and the multi buy deals they do. Like that you can sample before you buy.
