Went in store yesterday, Fred was serving and my gosh was he the best ambassador for the company. He was so knowledgeable about all products, the products really are amazing too. I've got a variety of hot chocolate, instant and loose leaf tea and coffee and all of which I've been amazed by. If any of you haven't been influenced to use instant tea as part of a lovely summer cocktail... get on it!!!
Fantastic shop with super fab staff!! It is such a lovely place to go to get some treats for yourself or gifts for friends. Their gift sets are pretty decent. A variety of tea and coffee selection available in the shop; their hot chocolate tastes amazing and it is vegan friendly. Don't worry if you are not sure how to deal with different types of tea: black tea, herbal tea etc. You can always find instruction on the package or on their website. They always have some discount for something in-store or online. Make sure you won't miss it!
Tricked with a free voucher for a free gift which pictured all sorts of goodies see below but when it came to it all you could choose from was ywo tupes of liose tea ir some hot chocolate Oh yes and they ask for your email. Conned by a company I thought were decent
Me and my wife went in to Whittard in Leeds. Vicky deputy manager was fantastic on top of selling us a great tea selection she gave some samples of tea and a peanut hot chocolate and was fantastic and polite Vicky also mentioned if we weren't satisfied with the tea we purchased we can send it back and exchange with one we do like.
Honestly an amazing store, staff are always so warm and inviting, they are also spot on with advice l. Every time I have been in and bought something, I have ended up with something extremely tasty and flavourful. Highly recommend the pink lemonade instant tea over ice and if you want a dreamy hot drink then the sticky toffee pudding hot chocolate is incredible and makes your room smell amazing.
the shop was clean and tidy however the staff were not welcoming at all, too busy chatting to even spare me a glance. this is very disappointing as previous staff have been very welcoming.
From the moment we walked in, staff were extremely lovely and helpful. We ended up buying a bunch of items as there was such a huge selection of wonderful options to choose from. Good prices for high quality products that taste delicious. Thank you so much! :

Great if you are a connoisseur or just want to try something different. I bought coffee as a present for a friend and they were thrilled with it. The lady who assisted me was very good and I was grateful for her assistance. Whilst there I bought some chocolate covered coffee beans, delicious and will be going back for some more.
Love the jasmine tea here and hot chocolate. Was served by Fabiha today who was very nice.
