Absolutely delicious chocolates and truffles. Moreish beyond belief! The customer service is top notch and the price VERY reasonable for the quality. I don’t understand the hype of Hotel Chocolat’s waxy, bournville-esque chocolate but that place is always packed - come here instead and buy some proper chocolate. You won’t be disappointed. The only downside is that even though it’s situated in the stunning Victoria quarter this little shop is missing some charm on the inside. Very clean and tidy but a little bit dull/tired. The chocolate more than makes up for it though ;
Amazing. True hand made chocolate experience. Renowned English chocolatier selling luxury truffles, bars & creams in chic packaging. Britain's first and finest chocolatier. since 1800’s. Available in vegan options. Not all are halal but worth a visit. I was informed all chocolates are truly English and hand made in the Charbonnel et Walker facilities in Royal Tunbridge Wells where they don’t have a factory outlet unfortunately.
Lovely little shop in the County Arcade: set out wonderfully, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and of course the chocolates are amazing! Definitely the best i’ve ever had. When you see the price tag, it can be daunting but the quality is absolutely reflected in it. The gift boxes make for a perfect Christmas or birthday present. Highly recommend the rose creams they are spectacular! Dietary restrictions: Most items are gluten free and there are milk free options available.
A thoroughbred ultra premium chocolate maker/seller , their chocolates' provenance is flawless and the taste is luscious and exquisite. They also obviously take great care in selecting their staff who are highly personable, friendly and obliging. I'm a devoted fan.
While walking in The arcades with my daughter we spotted this beautiful chocolatier, the shop is luxurious, the chocolates are exquisitely well displayed and the price confirms the effort made in the whole presentation...we bought 6 chocolate for £5.6! If only the effort were reflected in the quality of the chocolates and their ingredients it would have justified our next visit, but the product been very mediocre I don't think we will bother coming back. What a great disappointment! Ps: Nice and friendly staff,

Its always a pleasure shopping here, this weekend was no different. Yes Covid-19 has made shopping a bit challenging at times for everyone, but the staff here are awesome and always make you feel welcome.
Purchased what I thought was 15-20 chocolates arrived home to find out there were 10 very disappointed and feel duped.
