We were turned away as we were late 5 mins - fair enough, but dentist still could see one of us as we had 2 appointments, but she didn’t.

Thank goodness I've found such a lovely dentists....everyone is so lovely  all staff are so understanding and patient which is exactly what you need to put u at ease when you have  had a bad experience elsewhere i would recommend  this practice to anyone .

I am always really impressed when I go to this dentist. The dental treatment I receive is always good but I wanted to highlight the receptionist who can't do an easy job. I have been going to this dentist now for about 5 years with several children, and the receptionist is always polite, helpful and understanding. I have seen some interesting characters in there, and she is always patient, professional and positive. I really do think she needs a special mention!

Receptionist was classically 'ditzy' and rude (have some decorum - smile and be polite), which no paying customer should have to put up with. Thank you for recording my name incorrectly, although I'd written it in the form you had me fill in. Good luck with your practice and let's keep our fingers crossed. 

Unfortunately, the dentist appeared to be lacking in everything you'd expect of a good dentist. He asked me: 'is it that little black thing?'. No it's all those other little white things in my mouth. He also had a little giggle at the poor assistant when she picked up the wrong instrument. Totally unprofessional and very uncomfortable.
 
Perhaps it was just an isolated incident, but I feel it's my duty to inform others of my negative experience. Please be aware there are many other dental practices in Whitstable and please be careful.
