As a very nervous patient, I can not fault the service I have received from this practice. I would highly reccomend to anyone looking to have some dental work completed. Yesterday I had a hygiene clean with Charlotte, she was extremely gentle and I was so impressed with the results. My dentist, Bunty, today extracted a wisdom tooth, both him and Lesley, his nurse were extremely reassuring and didn't make me feel bad once for being anxious about the treatment. Absolutely fantastic service both clinically and non clinically as a warm welcome is always received when arriving. Thank you, Yasmin

Being a nervous patient, the staff here go out of their way to make me comfortable. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating, and my dentist makes sure he explains everything to me to keep me calm. I cannot fault the experience of being a patient here.

Didn't get any check up reminders and because they hadn't heard from me for a couple of years they decided to delete me from their records (appently they had someone else waiting). I had been with the dentist for around 20 years, but they have changed ownership recently, and now their old clients don't matter. The woman on the phone was no help. Terrible customer service.

very poor customer service. we had an emergency (for a child) and they declined to see us. will not recommend to anyone.
