Dentists at this surgery have been brilliant in my personal experience with me and my children - very patient and explain clearly. If you need to take your children i would recommend. Sadly let down by rude, ignorant reception staff who interrupt and second guess incorrectly before you finish asking a polite question. Completely unhelpful, everything is too much trouble and on occasion give sarcastic answers - even my daughter asked "why was that lady was so grumpy" when we approached to book a follow up appointment. If it wasn't for the fact my experience has been poor on more than one occasion I would let it pass as someone having a bad day but it would seem some people don't enjoy their job and dont want to be there.
Lovely staff on reception, and my dentist Sarah is brilliant, honest understanding and down to earth. Fingers crossed she can save a few more of my teeth
I found this place by sheer luck due to having nothing closer to home. I travel 45 mins to attend here and wouldnt swap for another. My dentist is fantastic and her work is amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Don't understand the negative rating on here? I started at this dentist at the beginning of the year and they have been amazing with me! I am a nervous patient and they are always patient with me and let me go at my own pace. They explain any treatment l need. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful! I would reccomend this dentist to anyone!
I witnessed shocking customer service from the reception staff here. Don't particularly rate the dentist I was seeing either, especially after having a tooth extracted and my mouth wasn't properly numbed. After at least 5 numbing injections and me telling them where to inject, it finally worked. Truly traumatising stuff. I've moved practice now and don't completely dread my check ups anymore.
I am writing this review on behalf of my husband who has been a loyal patient of the practice for several years. He was appalled by the awful customer service he received today 06/12/21. Having had a short traffic hold up en-route, he was literally 3 minutes late for his appointment and the dentist refused to see him. To be clear, he had a 30 minute app booked for a filling and a clean so asked if they could just do the former but they still refused. They knew how important this appointment was as next week we are relocating overseas, this was expressed multiple times but no understanding shown. He asked repeatedly to see his dentist but the dentist hid away in his room and instead sent his dental nurse to speak on his behalf. The behaviour shown today was incredibly impersonal and seems to imply that person centred care is not central to this practice.
Excellent service once again. I needed an urgent appointment and this was given - indeed over the years this has always been my experience. Treatment was very thorough and options available to me carefully explained. Thank you.
Surprised by the negative reviews. It's a new dentist for me and they've been great each time for me over the past two years. Adis was brilliant with me on several occasions and they have handled the covid crisis really well and professionally. Would recommend definitely!
Appalling service. Actual dentist was totally useless, rude and arrogant. Never been to a health related business with such a bad customer attitude. Go elsewhere.
Fantastic experience with Tim today. Explained all the options clearly and and was very reassuring. Very knowledgable and experienced. Even through covid they have maintained a very professional operation where it feels both clean and safe. Thank you very much for all your help.
