Appalling service, we had an appointment for my two young sons at the start of the week, with it being near Christmas the traffic was horrendous so my husband called to inform them he might be late, he had to call multiple times as nobody picked up the phone. When he eventually spoke to someone they said they could no longer see us because they are not insured at that time..?, we had two appointments so he asked if they could at least see one of my sons they declined as the dentist wanted to leave, it was only a couple of minutes after the appointment time even though he had just arrived. Due to this, they offered him an appointment the next day, which he accepted but for some reason received a text for an appointment two days later. On the day of the appointment, I took my two sons. In my haste, I forgot my wallet and didn’t realise that children over 6 have to pay for check ups which I have no issue with so when it came to paying I offered to pay with a bank transfer or for my husband to pay over the phone but they refused and said it needs to be paid with a card now. So they refused to let me and my children leave the surgery. I called my husband to bring the card, so he headed to the surgery straight away, with it being Christmas and circa 5 pm there was more traffic than normal. When he arrived with the card they told us we had another outstanding charge of £13 from 6 months earlier. I am unsure as to why they have never asked us for this before or didn't ask us for the money at the time of the last appointment. I do wonder however why it was fine for them to wait 6 months without asking for payment but kept us hostage for this payment. The only explanation we got was that it was not our fault or the surgery's fault!
Has gone downhill a lot in the last six months. Repeated cancelled appointments, making errors in e.g. moulds, never answer the phone. Can improve a lot. Noelia is fantastic.
Fantastic dentist and reception staff! Both were friendly and took the time to make me feel informed and at ease.
After being treated by Mr David Hardy for over 20 years I have now been taken on by Jane Cherry and I am still fortunate enough to be really pleased with my treatments. Despite me being a little nervous from time to time she takes great care and consideration in her actions and explains everything fully. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and thank the staff for their generosity of spirit throughout!
Saw the most lovely dentist, who was empathetic, kind and caring. Not the biggest fan of dentists but she totally reassured me to the extent that i wont even give it a second thought when i need to attend again. Reception team are also fantastic and go above and beyond to support. Would highly recommend to my family and friends.
My family have been visiting the practise for a few years and can highly recommend. The girls on reception are super friendly and the dentists that we see never let us down. We always come out with a big smile on our faces :
I attended the practice reacently and saw a lovely dentist called Maddie she was really nice and explained everything to me. She was so nice and made me feel at ease. The receptionist Terrie was really helpful and managed to arrange all my appointments around my work schedule. I would highly recommend this practice to my friends and family.
Dr. Jane Cherry has completely transformed my smile! I broke my two front teeth when I was younger, so I grew up conscious of them and I used to smile with my mouth closed for photos. Now, with two crowns, two veneers and a set of straight, white teeth, I do the cheesiest toothy smile! I absolutely love them! Jane is just the best dentist and her nurse Katie is so lovely. Overall, excellent service from the whole team at Bupa Dental Care Bramhall!
Very rude receptionist Don't even know the latest covid guidelines related to isolation and fail to acknowledge lack of their knowledge. Just enjoying isolation leniency in the name of blanket rules for general public. Rescheduled appointment and didn't send text to confirm rescheduled appointment
In my son's words good good good good good. My son currently 6.5 years old was very happy with the results and he liked the way they explained everything. He says he's very happy. We saw Madeline and she was brilliant!
