Delicious food, great customer service, and a nice space.nI had salmon and king prawns with gnocchi – really tasty, especially if you love salmon. Dessert with meringue, Chantilly cream, raspberry, and Pimm’s would have been lovely if the meringue wasn’t hard as a rock. Someone needs a bit more practice with meringue making.nnThe customer service was really nice and caring.nnThe bathroom was a nice surprise – very clean, fresh, and colourful – not something you usually find in this kind of place.nnOverall, very happy with my visit and I’d definitely recommend Whitehall if you’re in Pwllheli.
Wow.this place came recommended and did not disappoint. The staff were super friendly. The starter was the best kind prawn in garlic sauce on toast that I had ever had. The steak was done to perfection although the chips were average on tasting them and deciding to leave most of them, maybe because I was not hungry enough after a cooked breakfast elsewhere earlier in the day.nThe Guinness was perfect too. Just the one mind!nDefinitely will return when in Pwllheli area.
Ate here evening of 15th October 2025. party of four family members. Smashing evening. Great food and good value. Our young waiter couldn’t have been nicer. We spent a lot of time catching up but never felt rushed. Warm and welcoming. Steak was cooked perfectly, our guests loved the steak and kidney pie of the day, and my Bhaji burger was very interesting! Deserts were good and presentation lovely.nIf being picky, music was very loud and made it tricky to hear each other. Would have been nice to be offered coffee/tea after our meal. We could have asked though and didn’t!nReasonable prices, good veggie and allergy friendly options, varied menu to suit all tastes.nWill definitely come againnThanks guys!
We had a lovely meal here yesterday. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food superb.
Excellent food, good service, friendly staff. In for a treat nOn warm or humid evening, have a few fans going. Very warm but otherwise enjoyable time. Book a table in advance if possible.
