Excellent car park. Always plenty of spaces available. Right in the heart of St Austell, perfect for shopping. Easy cash or card payment when you leave, no tickets needed.
Ugh. The machines didn’t work properly when I needed to pay and some awful peasant car, like a Vauxhall or something, had parked next to mine when I got back to it. Can’t these people stay in Essex or wherever it is they come from? Vauxhall, honestly. No taste.
It is a multi storey carpark, of course it’s darker than an open air car park ‍ Always plenty of spaces, stairs are always clean and well lite. Easy to pay on exit with contactless option or cash. The staff here are also very helpful and friendly going the extra mile to help drivers if needed.
Expensive, like most parking in Cornwall...
Easy. Shame it isn't free after 4pm to support the town's shops and locals.
A ticketless pay system which works well. You enter via a barrier and it recognises your vehicle registration. Upon leaving type in your reg number in the pay machine accepts card and cash and this will show you how much to pay. You also get a chance of having a receipt sent to your mobile. A nice carpark with plenty of space.
Late August 2020. Last night we had a rain and wind storm, our tent bounced around all night. During the day we set it all right. But were tired and fed up. Then we went for cod and chips from the White River. OMG. What a great find, high quality, fresh fish and lovely chips. Very nice people running a great little Chippie! Well done you Cornish peeps. Decent sized multistory carpark with plenty of spaces. Sadly since the new system went into place, the prices have gone up significantly for some reason. It's probably a better location if you need to shop that end of the town or don't wanna go up further if coming from the east but a good car park overall for spaces.
Got Costa coffee and a few shops not a lot there
Free parking for today Christmas Shopping.
