Amazing, home cooked food make from fresh local ingredients. Friendly welcoming staff and a great, cosy atmosphere. Definitely recommend and will be back as soon as possible.

Visited the White Lodge late December for an evening meal with friends. The pub was very busy, presumably people having Christmas meet ups with friends and colleagues. Waited a while for food, but the wait was worthwhile. Nice food, good beer and atmosphere..

Booked a last minute table for our wedding anniversary. The staff are so attentive, the food is amazing, the pub/restaurant is immaculate. The garden is great, children's play area, and kids football goals. They are dog friendly, and have a dedicates area in doors for them. Its so refreshing to find, and all round family friendly pub. Its awesome.
