Went to white Hart as most palaces are shut on Sundays . You are not made welcome as you walk in,feels like your an inconvenience. As for the food harvester serves better food and at a better price! Steak was thin and full of grizzle, chips half cooked , bake potato that had been microwaved. There own brewed alcohol top marks, Shame as this would of been quite local to me. I will not very returning !

No warm welcome here. Just had menus shoved at us after standing around waiting for someone to appear. I was served the worst steak ever, which I could not chew, with half cooked chips. The rest of my party didn't fair much better (baked potatoe from a microwave, dry chicken). When I complained, there was no apology and so I asked for a refund. I was told to go to the bar for this although the place was empty so they were not busy. Honestly, I didn't then expect to have a stand up row about a refund.

Beautiful building. But the Sunday lunch was the worse I've ever had. All the vegetable were warmed up Meat was tasty but very small portion. Won't go again in a hurry.

Awesome pub, with lovely owners. The food is of a high calibre and very generous portion sizes! The dry cider on tap is a must for any cider lovers.. Will be coming here again!

Just stopped here as wanted a late Sunday roast and saw the signs for the pub on the A48, roast was delicious and plenty of it. Tried the homemade ale and cider which is lovely.
