I attended the free New Year party in the Bar of the White Hart last night with some friends and had a fantastic time! The bar staff were friendly and attentive, the venue looked great and there were free dance lessons too! We stayed from 7:30pm until 1am and danced with some lovely people. Such a nice idea and there was just enough room in the small bar area to fit everything in without feeling crowded. Definitely the best free night out in Boston and if we hear of them having another dance night we'll be back for more!
Great location and nice room, we got the twin as that was the only option but there was plenty of space. Trek from the reception to 3rd floor rooms but you’ll get your steps in breakfast from the menu was poor but there are other options as well but the cooked brekkie needs a revamp
I've been stayed here for a month, I would say the room is warm and clean, just here some noise when people walk pass your room, it not a big deal. Lovely breakfast rate FIVE!!!, Many thanks to all service team Nikki, Gemma, Esti, Dom, Lucy and definitely energatic Francesca. Love you all, I feel like home. All the best Walkability: Near Boston market center just walk across the bridge.

Lovely place to stay and eat. However, they allow dogs in the eating areas, personally I don't like it and less so when customers dogs jump up at while you are dining. Otherwise, very good. Rooms: Very clean and well appointed, however, they don't supply complimentary toiletries Nearby activities: Boston is a fantastic place to visit, plenty of history and shops. Walkability: Easy walking in immediate area. Food & drinks: Lovely food, however, apply a 10% service charge, which you can decline should you wish to. They also allow dogs in, which is a big no-no for me. Noteworthy details: Old historical building. Central and next to river.
We were very happy with our stay. Staff so friendly . Food very good. Bed very comfortable . Nice overnight stay. With a friend .Rooms: 4/5
I only used the bar here thought it was quite upmarket lots of comfy chairs and mood lighting.The bar is contactless pay only no cash sales so you don't realise how expensive it is but I suppose it helps improve the quality of the clientele well apart from me and my best friendthere is a good selection of beers and all in all a nice place to go for a quiet drink
The food spoilt it. The pillows were very flat. Chose a Sunday roast, the instant gravy was way too salty, the beef no hint of pink as described on the menu....overcooked. The breakfast was ok, not freshly made apart from the eggs perhaps. The tomato was shriveled, the mushroom wet and grey. The pastries very basic supermarket type . The staff were very polite however the person on reception was 'new' and had had no training so couldn't answer any questions about the hotel apart from where breakfast and dinner was located. I think it would be great if the food was of a higher standard and the deluxe room had matching furnishing fabrics. No need for tired cushions and end of bed panel which was ugly on lovely white sheeting.
The White Hart is a really nice establishment, nicely decorated inside and the staff are really nice and polite. Best way to enjoy it, is to only go there and nowhere else in Boston, or you won't go back.Service: 5/5
Very friendly staff, great location, great vegan breakfast offered included in the price, rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a dog with us and the room was a bit warm, then they upgraded us for no additional cost to a much bigger room with air con. Comfortable beds, great shower, very very clean. They left a bowl and a ball as presents for our dog.
